Check in was easy and fairly quick loading. The guys I dealt with here were polite and friendly. Absolutely no complaints about this place from me

Pretty neat place to visit. They fabricate items such as diesel locomotive bodies, frac tanks, and the terramac machines, not to mention whole bunch of other large fabricated assemblies. Tom in the maintenance department is great to work with

Bunch of unprofessional people not knowing where they work and what they are doing. Not answering the calls, ZERO communication, came to the pickup when the facility was open and nobody was on site to load, walked thru the whole plant, knocked every each door, tried to get in touch with somebody but had no luck and left the pickup after 2 hrs of waiting. The Broker ( Taylor Murphy from Tortorigi Transport) did make sure that we are on site for loading. Did sent the location where I was sitting on site and the ELD proof for 2 hrs of wait time trying to get the TONU and 2 mounts after we got an answer from Lia O’Connor (operations manager at the plant) that ELD is "not a good enough" proof that we were there and rejecting our TONU request. Again nobody was even able to pickup a phone when I called. If I could I`d putted zero star on them.
