The bouquet subscription was a highlight of the summer for me and my kids. Gorgeous fresh flowers that you get to pick up straight from the farm and say hi to the goats on your way out? Say less! Brenda and her family are also the sweetest and often stopped to say hello. I’m so excited to re-up our subscription for this summer! I’ve been missing the beauty the bouquets bring to our kitchen table.

I’ve had a bouquet subscriptions from Roots and Stems for several years now. There are several frequencies to choose from; the 6 week option has been ideal for me. If you happen to bring your kids with you to pickup your flowers it’s extra fun to stop see the goats. I’ve also made a pick-your-own bouquet several times and gone through the sunflower field nearly every year. The owner is so nice, and I’ve never been anything less than delighted with every visit.

It all started with a u-pick bouquet with my son when he was a baby, and now he is five years old and now has a little sister - they both love going to feed the goats, run through the sunflowers, or help me make a bouquet. From weekly subscription pickups, u-pick outings with friends, family photos at the sunflower patch, and getting flowers for events - I have been a patron to it all! This place always puts a smile on our face, and hope you agree. Bring a friend, bring your family, and get yourself some flowers!
