Over the past four years in a row at the Mequon location (and now in the first year at the Fifth Ward location), your team has delivered smiles, scoops, and pure delight. Your staff are unfailingly welcoming, and your flavors are nothing short of divine. What truly makes you stand out is the care you take to accommodate our guests with dietary sensitivities — the multiple vegan/dairy-free options are a game changer and deeply appreciated by clients who otherwise feel sidelined. We usually visit the other location, but I’ll be making this my regular go to location now. The cashier was very friendly and allowed the kids to try their flavors before deciding which one they wanted. The ice cream was very creamy and flavorful. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing ice cream! The sugar levels were just right — not too sweet, just perfect. Every flavor we tried was spot on, full of rich, real taste. The blueberry ice cream stood out especially — packed with real blueberries, not just flavoring. You could actually bite into the fruit, which made it even better. One thing to note: their indoor seating area appears to be closed (at least when we visited), so you may want to check ahead if you’re planning to sit inside. Still, a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Highly recommend!

The employees were great with helping pick out a flavor and offering samples. The ice cream was wonderfully creamy and the sorbet was very good. The atmosphere is very industrial and stark. It would be nice if there were spots that had trees or some nature.
