NSC LLC clinicians are very professional and consistently provide exceptional mental health care. Please disregard Maki Jurowski’s review as an accurate reflection of cost, processing of insurance and professionalism of the team. This review has been reported to Google numerous times. She was not the parent of the children she contacted NSC LLC about and her communication and harassment of the clinicians and management staff resulted in termination of care for two minor patients.

I have received multiple referrals to here for various services for my kids over the years, and my family has used their services too. It’s all private pay, and their clinicians charge more per hour than any others I know of in the area. Front desk staff have been notably hostile and unprofessional. Details of confidential communications that were highly sensitive mentioning concerns about risks to the safety of our family (including young children) were also shared without authorization. The person it was shared with was the same person the concerns were about, which had huge ramifications that harmed the kids involved. I find this highly concerning and think it’s something other families should know. Edit: After reaching out to their director, it was confirmed that their staff had indeed shared my family’s confidential information without authorization, but when asked how and why that happened, I was told that I would have to hire a lawyer to receive any answers.

I have had a very good experience with Dr. Palmer here. She interviews my children and parents separately and then together if necessary, which helps keep her observations free of influence. She has helped my son greatly with his autism, which has kept him more in the community (school , in his case) this year than in the last 2 years, which is HUGE. This is all private pay, so no insurance billing or Medicaid billing takes place. That is kind of a downer, but reflects more on the current state of mental healthcare in the US in my opinion.

This is not a place I would ever go to for services again. Functions unlike any other healthcare provider I have ever experienced and not in a positive way. Seems as though churning through clients and money is the main objective. I will say the reception staff is very nice so that is a plus.
