I came here two weeks ago and initially came for the açaí bowl . Since i came thirty minutes before closing the young lady told me they already put the Acai ingredients up . I got the smoothie bowl and when i opened it it looked like they just rushed in the bowl and put a few pieces of fruit in the bowl and it was very messy .

I wanted to love Nona, I really did. I was excited to try it as it is new to my area. My first visit was very good, I ordered the PB Oreo smoothie which I enjoyed and thought the price was perfect! But the second time completely disappointed me. When ordering my drink I asked what sizes they offer and the girl kind of dismissed my question and kind of just said we only have one size with a very rude tone. As if I was supposed to know that already? To start, I ordered 2 iced lattes and was prompted to choose a milk type for the drink. I asked for 2% milk, and without saying a word, they used whole milk instead. No heads-up, no “hey, is that okay?” just a quiet substitution. That might seem minor, but if I had known that they were out of 2% or didn’t offer it, I would have simply asked for a different type of milk. Then the vibe shifted even more. When I asked to add a flavor to my matcha, the response I got was short and dismissive, like I was asking for something unreasonable. No explanation, no effort—just a brush-off. I understand that the recipes for the drinks include collagen and protein but it’s the way that it was explained to me that felt off. It’s a weird feeling, standing there as a paying customer and somehow feeling like an inconvenience. And the latte itself? Honestly disappointing. It had this gritty, powdery texture that made every sip worse than the last, and it felt as if there was debris floating around in the drink. Pair that with slow service and a general lack of friendliness, and the whole experience just felt off. One great visit isn’t enough to outweigh a second one that leaves you questioning if you even want to go back.

This place great. The menu has a lot of variety and they offer seasonal items so you’ll never tire or run out of new choices. Obsessed with this place. They have smoothies, açaí bowls, full coffee bar, and many other protein supplements and “loose” items for sale one-off. Ex Laird creamer, anodyne coffee, protein powder, etc My fav is the Billionaire smoothie without the sea minerals. I felt it tasted like fish oil

Cute smoothie/coffee/açaí bowl place! Although the prices are a little steep, the flavors are there and unique! I wouldn’t go here all the time, but for a snack or treat it is tasty! We had the Himalayan and super red. The Himalayan was unique because it’s a salty smoothie. The super red had berries that mixed well with that hint of peanut butter. The staff was very helpful and kind! We did have to make an account there to make an order.
