Only used this service twice. I was not happy with my therapist. In my opinion not sure she kept what I shared with her private I was charged ,$125.00 for what no explanation. Took right out of my card. Watch who u give your charge card to . Buildingupscale just remolded. Probably finance by robbing patients out of money .
My provider, Lisa Parker, is terrific. She makes me feel very comfortable and is a good listener. The new office space is great.
Very pleased so far. No long waits and I was able to find therapy that fit my schedule. Finding help when you need it can be really challenging. The whole process was so painless. I tried to schedule an appointment with my doctor’s office and couldn’t get in for months. When someone is in need of help with their mental health and wellbeing waiting can have a huge negative impact. I am so grateful my psychiatrist suggested this option.
I was a first time patient hoping to do a virtual visit. The doctor never showed. My appointment was at 2:30pm, I waited for 20 minutes, and at 36 minutes after my appointment I received an email stating the doctor saw I was on earlier and can I sign back in. I had another appointment and was unable to do so due to the fact I would not have gotten my full appointment in. They did provide me with a full refund, very fast, which was appreciated.
I love my therapist Lisa’s way of relating to me. She’s so mindful and remembers things in my life, always making sure to loop back on themes in previous sessions. She’s kind and always interested in my well being. I’ve come a long way being her patient over the last year!
