My husband & I had to change banks. We wanted to switch to a credit union where our money is helping others. We are very happy with our choice to move all our accounts to Landmark. And a big shout out to Mary rose, Asst Branch Mgr!! She didn't rush us, she listened to our needs, and she laughed with us as we hadn't changed banks for 30 years! Customer service was beyond exceptional! I was greeted with a smile, staff was very professional, very helpful and patient with what I had to do. It is very hard to come across good customer service these days so I have a great appreciation whenever I do experience great customer service.
