Almost don’t want to put the news out more, regarding this amazing ‘hidden gem’ (won’t be hidden long!!). Set in idyllic Freidstadt, just off the beaten track. Super nice owners (Terry & Gina) & service. Loud in the bar, but that’s Wisconsin! The fried breaded chicken wings are a contender, even without the blue cheese sauce (also great). Ribs & brisket street tacos were delicious & clearly made with some serious BBQ know-how! The collards (and their delicious liquor) are my new ‘healthy’ comfort food, and the coleslaw has spice & zip that elevates it beyond the normal side-dish. I’m pretty sure Wright’s Korner-Q will be hitting ‘Best of’ lists sooner than later, for the Milwaukee/Mequon/Freistadt area!!

Outstanding everything. The brisket tacos were out of this world. Never had anything like it. Ribs were fantastic. The baked beans and cornd bread were SO good! Great vibe. Family owned. Give them a shot. Worth the drive!

This BBQ is the best I have had. Terry and Gina are pure gold. Now, BBQ can be good all over. We went nuts. Hot sausage, wings, St Louis ribs. Amazing. Terry makes ranch, bbq sauce and wing sauce himself. Now, let’s discuss the sides. The Cole slaw, the Mac and cheese were top notch. Now the star of the show. Dem beans. The absolute best I ever had. No joke. This place is a 10/10 likely weekly visit. Amazing. Happy birthday Terry!

Had an awesome experience at Korner tonight. The owner is a former cop and you can tell him and his wife truly care about the place and the people coming through the doors. Super welcoming, generous, and down-to-earth people. The food was absolutely on point. The ribs were tender and packed with flavor, the mac & cheese was creamy and loaded with taste, the onion rings were crispy, and the buffalo wings were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Everything came out hot, fresh, and done right. Definitely a hidden gem and even better that it’s only six minutes from the house. We’ll absolutely be back again soon. Highly recommend checking this spot

I was craving bbq and decided to check this place out. I was not disappointed! I was very satisfied with what I ordered. The brisket sandwich was so good. The ribs had a good bark and smoke ring. The sides were also good. The baked beans had ground beef yum. The Buffalo wings had good flavor. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Hospitality was great. Overall I would come back for the food since it’s a close drive.
