I ordered through the app, and when I went in at the pickup time, the first thing I noticed was a whole bunch of customers with angry looks, waiting. There was a young woman trying to get the attention of a male employee, who wouldn’t acknowledge her. She ended up just leaving. I figured they were swamped and having a rough time, so I just waited. The young man “making” the pizzas seemed like someone just ran over his dog; morose, disengaged, and moving pitifully slow. I watched the s-show for a few more minutes before the other male employee (manager…? Genuinely unsure) went over to the line where there were uncooked pizzas (which were there when I arrived, and went untouched the entire time I was there) and asked the young man a question about one of them, which made me realize they were MY pizzas and hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. He was shocked when I said I wanted to cancel my order. UPDATE: Had to dispute the charge to get my money back. Never got a call from anyone despite a complaint submitted to corporate. Done with Doninos forever.

Understaffed for pizza delivery. I try this Dominos about once every six months to see if I can get it delivered. The app is not like DoorDash where you can see where the driver is. Delivery was supposed to be before 9:30 and it is now 10:10 PM. App keeps pushing the delivery out in one minute increments. No one picks up the phone at the store. The phone recording indicated my pizza was made an hour and a half ago, but was awaiting pick up by the driver. This place should pay more money to get more staff. I don't recommend this location if you want pizza to be delivered.

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT order from this store!! Placed an order on 6/20 at 5:15 PM from Domino's #9704 (6111 W Mequon Rd, Mequon) and never received it. Called to inquire—they said they'd check with the driver. I had to call back, and the employee (who claimed to be the manager) said the driver delivered it to my front door. I was standing at the door, checked our security cameras, and confirmed 100% it was NEVER delivered. Asked for a refund and was told she had to ask her boss. After hearing them discuss it in the background, she came back and refused because "it was delivered." Then she hung up on me. We haven't ordered from Domino's in years and now remember exactly why. Crazy that they'd risk losing customers over a $30 order rather than make it right. Now dealing with a credit card dispute. Corporate—please address the service at this location. Looks like there are some major issues with this store based on other reviews. This is not normal behavior!!

The store is great. The workers are friendly. Online ordering process is easy and I’m getting pizzas within 15 minutes most days. I dock stars because the last pizza I bought put my mother and I on the toilet the next day with diarrhea. She suggested the tomato sauce might have been turning slightly or wasn’t fresh. We ordered on a weekday opposed to on a weekend. We’ll be back but it will be a few weeks.

Getting your order on time AND correct is very hard at this location. App messages are very misleading saying an order is being made or even in the oven and when you show up at the time suggested it’s usually another 45-60 minutes because they haven’t even started the order. There are other options in Mequon that are better and more consistent.
