The owner, Ashley, does a great job tailoring my lash extensions to what I want. Adding more...the atmosphere is very lively with conversational energy. You definitely feel apart of the family and will enjoy getting to know the hardworking amazing ladies that work there. It's a place where you can share and listen to others life experiences. So far, in 7 visits, I've enjoyed getting to know what an amazing woman Ashley, the owner, is. She is the reason I keep coming back.

I had a relaxing and wonderful experience here. The owner was super nice, and Angel's massage was HEAVEN! She gave me one of the best massages I have had in a very long time. I also liked it, because since I have moved to Wisconsin almost every massage they wanted to talk the time; not here, Angel was professional and gave a truly wonderful massage experience.

I booked with Ashley who at first gave me a bad impression . I sat around 40 minutes before she started on my lashes and she was on the phone through out my whole appointment which I feel too aided in my lashes not being up to par. At first i had issues with the fullness and durability of the lashes. I booked for volume set but didn't feel I got my moneys worth.she told me she wanted me to be happy with my lashes so she fixed the issue right away. While waiting on my repair appointment I noticed my lashes were coming out in clusters due to a not so good install. To the untrained eye the lashes look bomb but knowing what I know now she could use a bit more training isolating the lashes. I had 3 natural lashes glued to one false lashes and after the glue dried it was constantly poking me in the eye. I would definitely book with her again if she's willing to take her time and do better isolating the lashes. Update: the refund was because I booked another lash tech to fix the issue, I still paid full price plus a tip for the set I received. To be clear I love the way my lashes look after the repair the isolation just needs to be done a bit better. Better isolation will allow my lashes to not stick together, and it promotes longer lasting lashes. It also looks more professional and it healthier for the natural lash.
