Easy to book, great communication. Left during a snow storm and our driver Usman went so far as to shovel a path to the car door. Was not expecting that and don't know how many drivers would do that. Great customer service to say the least. Will be my preferred company moving forward
Igor was a great driver. Prompt and courteous. He communicated well especially around pick up at O’hare and the international terminal. We will use this service again. Highly recommend them.
Igor went so far out of his way to accommodate us. We had canceled flights, diverted flights, rebooked flight and ended up in Chicago instead of Milwaukee. Igor, in a blizzard, still managed to pick us up at O'Hare and get us home. Can't say enough of his service. Use Dependable whenever you can!
Great service and communication! We used Dependable Express for both transfers (to/from) the MKE airport. Vehicles were clean and drivers were professional. Will definitely use again!
