Colectivo Coffee in Mequon is a great spot to cool down, especially on a hot day. Their pineapple smoothie was very refreshing and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. Perfect for beating the heat. The dining room was very clean and had a calm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax and get some work done. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which was a nice bonus to my smooth, hassle-free visit. I'll have to come back to try one of their coffee drinks, next time. Colectivo in Mequon feels like a little oasis in the area. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!
I like Colectivo, and this one is no exception. The place has a nice feel to it. Plenty of light, different seating areas, and a well organized counter to check out bakery or order food. The staff was pleasant and the Barista did a great job with my London Fog (btw they use Rishi concentrate which is very good). The special Pumpkin Scone was amazing! They have a separate outdoor seating area with a fireplace that is a great option.
I was in town for an appointment and was excited to grab a coffee and quick breakfast. Checked out the menu online and decided on an Oat honey iced latte that was on special, as well as the Vege Pesto Burrito, YUM! Service was friendly and fast, everything came out quickly, considering the place was pretty busy. Unfortunately, the burrito, was AWFUL. I don’t expect food I order to look identical to the pics online, but sort of similar, atleast get the size correct. This was absolutely overcooked, disgusting, inedible. I put the ramekin of “salsa” (more like marina) in the pic to show size comparison. I had high expectations because I have always heard such amazing things about Colectivo, I won’t be going back.
1/18/22 Update: Had burrito breakfast wrap, turkey chili, cranberry muffin was awesome and the chi latte with carmel was delicious. The service is always wonderful. Great location in Mequon Love this place. The Ginger mango smoothie is fabulous.
