My journey started with Breathe in Motion when a football injury required PT for my middle school son. He was very active and involved in sports, so being down for almost 5 months was a difficult task, however, it was important for us to ensure that when he came back to sports, he did so safely and was stronger than before to prevent further injuries. Breathe in Motion helped us on our journey to wellness, by reviewing his overall strength and fitness, not just his injured knee. Shortly after that experience, I myself became a client to help with preventative injuries to restart my running career. I am still here today working through the path to full fitness with some of the best trainers ever! But we didn't stop there, my daughter had some back pain after her last dance season, so my husband and I brought her in to be reviewed and found that she was overly flexible and utilizing muscles in her back to help with her turns, leaps and bends. With the help of the experienced trainers, like Nina, she is slowly beginning to build the correct core muscles to become a stronger dancer with no pain! And we can't have it be a family affair without the head of household joining in the fun. My husband suffered a lower back injury over 10 years ago, and a knee injury about 5 years ago. Being stubborn, he forwent any PT sessions at the time of injury and has been living with intermittent pain and limited mobility ever since. Seeing all the progress with our children and myself, he took his turn in the hot seat and is now pain free and able to enjoy more activities with our kids, including running 5Ks! Let's just say that Breathe in Motion is a perfect fit for those looking to get better for longer and their overall attention to the whole body isn't just a gimmick, it's life changing.
