We love Barthel Fruit Farm! We always go there for apple picking, but for the last couple of years we've also chosen them for our vegetables and flowers. Great selection, and the plants are healthy and large. And the best part of this year, was that I had a wonderful lady helping me! I believe her name was Marla. So sorry if I misheard. She helped me find everything I needed, gave recommendations and even helped load up my cart. That would have been worth higher prices to me, but everything was very reasonable and also happened to be 15% off. Good job you guys!

Lukas has got to be the best employee there he helped me last fall pick out a pumpkin for my dying grandma who had her last wish be to carve one of Barthles famous pumpkins. She loved carving it and wants to go see the farm but she can’t really move. 10/10 experience

Excellent prices for gourds, pumpkins, apples and apple cider donuts! The employees were helpful and courteous, answering all questions we had about apple picking and prices. We will definitely be back. Family friendly. There are no animals here, in case that is important to you and your family when choosing where to go for Fall fun 🙂

They have great selection of apples to pick. They have two price. Small bag for $18 And large for $28. The apples are mouth watering. The trees are not too tall to pick the top one but I suggest you bring a step ladder. The biggest one are on top and most juicy. We like to pick the green apples. It’s all the way in the back. Depending what time of the year you come some apples are not ripe so it will be ropes off. Been coming here for 3 years now to pick my apples for fall. My kid loves picking apples here. It is very spacious and friendly.

We had such a nice time picking apples and pears! Barthel is a great local option for fruit, gourd, and pumpkin picking and has plenty of extras, like apple treats, pre-picked apples, brats & other savory foods, a beer garden, and corn maze. When we were there, they had an Oktoberfest happening which was fun. The apple varieties were nice and they had about a half dozen kinds when we went the third weekend of September. The pears were a fun bonus - delicious, and pretty unique to be able to pick your own! For a peck sized bag, it was about $19, and a 1/2 bushel was $29. We got the peck and it was plenty for us. You pay on your way out which was a little confusing - you pay as you drive out. All in all we had a good experience and would return!
