If you think you can fix it in your own, think again !! After a year of thinking I could , finally went to Aurora Grafton for PT . At that point I had made my ailment worse!! So it took longer to fix ,and cost more than if I had just been proactive, when I first became injured!! My PT at Grafton Aurora gave me full use of arm again!! Make the right decision for your health and your injury!!!
