It was a virtual appointment. Had a good uplifting conversation. Went over how I'm feeling. Medicine refills. I like talking with Stephanie. She's very concerned about my well being.

I love my therapist Joel Winston. He talks me through what I am going through and different ways that it can interpreted and ways of handling it. He gives me things to work on after my appointments.
