SpringHill Suites by Marriott Menomonee Falls

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. The customer service at the front desk from everyone is outstanding. The room was clean, the shower was hit with great water pressure and the best was comfortable. I stayed here for work am will be staying again in March. Every time I’m in the area, definitely staying here. Accessible to interstate and plenty of places to eat close by.

Nesha was very accommodating when I arrived to the hotel. There was a hiccup with our reservation but she was friendly throughout and very helpful. The room was clean and smelled very nice, AC works very well and good breakfast options. The elevators are also fast which is a weird thing to point out but I felt it was important as I often wait a long time at other hotels. Would stay again

I had an amazing stay at the SpringHill Suites in Menomonee Falls! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious, and the amenities were great — but the real standout was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was beyond friendly, genuinely welcoming, and went out of their way to make the stay feel special. Their kindness made the whole experience exceptional. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
