My husband is seeing Dr Dietrich, and while we only had one appointment with him - he seems great so far! However, the office itself / scheduling staff does not have the best customer service. Scheduling staff is incredibly hard to get ahold of, will disconnect the call without warning, or tell you they will call you back and never will. While my husband was on the phone with Jessica to schedule surgery- she completely cut him off & hung up, saying she would call back and did not.

I went to the lab to get some blood tests When I was called the woman who appeared to be in charge had me go with her to a computer screen. She said very condescending “look at this”. B/4 I could even see she said it’s too early and then in a very stern voice “we don’t take walk ins You have to schedule”. She made me feel like I was a child being scolded. I could out later that that they take walk ins. You just have to wait until there is an opening from the scheduled appointments. Totally unexceptionable. Never going to that lab again. The head person should be spoken to about her attitude and approach to patients

I had an 9:00 drug screen, its 10:30 I am current still here as im typing this. I was given 3 different drug screens stating im not using enough salvia when in fact i am, to the point my mouth is cotton mouth dry. Also made me do a physical with a drug screen hanging out my mouth along with a eye examination. Nurses had attitudes and we’re talking about me in the nurse station trying to whisper but i still heard them, So i got on the phone and talked to my mom about it and they got up and came and shut the door. Do not recommend. Also half of their parking is only for handicap or staff so you have to walk about 5 minutes to the door.

Many great things to say about Froedtert as a whole, but the reproductive medicine and fertility clinic staff here are thee best. Everytime I went into the office I was greeted with kindness by all staff. My questions were welcomed and the communication was top tier. I especially appreciated Meriko and Tu Ahn.

How can Froedtert dictate that I must be an existing and established patient with a primary care physician through them just to be able to make an appointment with the behavioral health department there? This is deplorable. Froedtert should not be able to corner the market like this and pigeonhole their patients into staying with them for all care needs. This should not be allowed. This should be illegal. But I play by the rules and I do my research, I find an in-network primary care physician at Froedtert. I call to make an appointment only to find out that the first available opening isn’t until 2/3/2026! So I need therapy services and if I’m unable to even see a primary sooner than the new year then when do you expect someone like me to be able to schedule an appointment with the behavioral health department?? Again deplorable. Not to mention that I have a referral to see behavioral health from my epileptologist, who is also a Froedtert physician. Moreover, I’ve even seen one of your therapists over this past summer and having a different hospital-affiliated primary physician was not an issue then. Shame on you all for causing such a high level of distress for something that should be easy like scheduling a doctor’s appointment. And what is even worse, before I become disabled I was a medical front office manager for a few different practices and I was also a medical claims and appeals specialist. So I am well versed in navigating these systems. This should not happen to any patient. Ever.
