Rude management. Was in last night and bought a toy for my daughter. Came to the register to pay for it- it was 4.99 and whoever was the lead in charge last night took the sticker off the toy went in the back and brought back another sticker saying it was 6.99. So she changed the price on me right then and there. I don’t care paying the extra $2 but it’s about the principle. Honor the price you have- don’t be rude and change it right in front of the customer. Whoever the 2 African American leads/ manager last night were on shift were rude and also kept staring and talking about us like we couldn’t hear them? Do better. Be classy. Don’t treat customers in such a way where they won’t come back to your store. One of the male cashiers rolled out the cart with the big toys for us to load in the car and the female lead proceeds to say “he can roll it out for you but can’t load it/ help you put it in your car” like ok I never asked for help. I could’ve rolled the cart out myself. She sounded so rude. I’ve been coming here for ages and spending so much money- only to be treated in such a rude way!!
