We stopped at Ziegler on our anniversary as we had done one other time. The last time was very enjoyable, but this time was not. The young lady that waited on us did not seem the least bit interested in waiting on us. We were the only couple inside when we got there. She put some folders in front of us and left the room. When she came back we told her we would like a flight each. She gave us some papers to choose our tastings and left again. When she came back she poured our flights with very little information about our choices. I also asked about the wine club , but was told to go on line to sign up. After we finished our flights, we went to the bar and again had to wait for someone to come back into the room. We did purchase some wine, but there was basically no sales push. The wine was fine, the service was not.
