First time visitor. I suggested it to friends visiting here from New Mexico. Their grandchildren, 7 & 9 were enthralled with the animals. I just wish they could have had an opportunity for a more "hands on experience" for them. Overall, LaClare wasn't that busy. Staff were busy outside, likely getting ready for the weekend (we were there around 1pm on Friday). The café was comfortably busy. The menu looked enticing, kind of boutique café 'farm to table' fare. I definitely will return for a meal when I that area. My guests all had ice cream and said it was wonderful.

We came during mother's day weekend and it was busy! But the grounds were so beautiful, the goats were so cute, and the food was delicious! Beautiful selection of anual flowers and plants and so much goat cheese (the garlic and herb is to die for) I can't wait to come back 🤗

I Visited today for their “wine tasting with baby goats” and was surprised when it seemed more like a festival foods sample. The lady had one sample of wine and the “glasses” were small plastic cups meant for dipping. And the baby goats… well they were put in a bucket. There was two buckets and each had two goats laying on each other. It was all very disappointing and lack luster. We attempted to enjoy ourselves regardless and got lunch at the cafe… which took forever because apparently they were hosting a graduation party in the cafe? All I ordered was a Mac and cheese bowl, I figured it was a goat farm and the Mac and cheese bowl was pretty good there… well again, very disappointed. I didn’t get a bowl it was a paper cup with what looked like old Mac and cheese… and after a bite or two I decided I was done, it was definitely some old box macaroni. I’m Absolutely obsessed with the idea of a goat farm and the cafe too is just an amazing idea. But unfortunately this place has it all wrong.

An absolutely delicious little restaurant with a very small but yummy gift. Shop. The observation area up the stairs was delightful to be able to see them making and packaging the cheese that we bought and brought home. An immense amount of parking for free. Those little baby goats were adorable. It was too cold for them to be outside for us to touch but evidently they have them out there in warmer weather as well as a little greenhouse. The food is delicious. You must come and at least eat the food at their restaurant.

Excellent lunch stop right off 151N. Come on a Wednesday and pet baby goats while you wait for your lunch. Hard to choose from the amazing menu, but the Smoked Salmon salad with chevre, asparagus, and cucumber was amazing!
