This was truly as close to a five star visit to a supper club our group has had in a long ttime! Started off with great drinks from Jolene and sitting outside to enjoy them by the lake. About 30 to 40 minute wait which is perfect then seated inside. Soup and salad and rolls were good not great but our main course was delicious! My tenderloin with black and bleu added was probably the best tenderloin I've had in years! Perfect medium rare melt in your mouth delicious! The fried lobster bites were excellent also! My wife had the deep fried fish platter and said her Perch were excellent! Our waitress Elizabeth did a great job! Then we ended the evening listening to a band outside by the lake! Great experience go check it out!! Also try the maple bourbon after supper so good...

I had heard from a client that this was a great place to eat. We drove up from Milwaukee to try it. We had two couples in our group and 3 of 4 people were not happy with their meal. Ribs were dry and tasteless. Twice baked potato was dry and must have been frozen and kept for too long as it was totally tasteless. Broiled walleye was very average and the presentation left a lot to be desired. One person had prime rib and seemed to like it. I tried it and didn’t find it particularly flavorful. Everyone’s tastes are different but all in all I found this an average dining experience and would not visit again. The view and ambience were great but that doesn’t make up for very average food.

The bartender was great. A party of 18 came in & she was working herbut off. The salad was okay, nothing special. Lots of dressing choices. The bread looked like little hamburger buns. Maybe sweet bread. They were good, it was just different. We joked that we were getting burger sliders. I had the seafood platter, which was amazing & worth every penny. My husband had the ribs and shrimp combo. The shrimp were good. The ribs truly had barely any meat on them, and the sauce was basically ketchup. The view is amazing - they have a perfect location. Get the seafood, not the ribs, and you'll be happy!

I hadn't been to Jim and Linda's in years, and decided to give it a try as it was a favorite of mine when I lived in Fond du Lac. Nothing has changed much, and that is not a bad thing!! We have been several times since, taking friends and ranting and raving about this gem of a supper club!! The service is great!! Our servers recognize us as being there several times as of late, and they are always great to us!! The prime rib is hands down some of the best on that side of Lake Winnebago!! The French fried lobster is a Devine way to accompany any of their prime cuts of beef and let me tell you, my friend use to not care for lobster and it's on her order every time we come to Jim and Lindas!! I am so happy to see a family run place doing well and keeping up traditions. We will be back, of course!!

Bartenders were friendly, waiter was polite, and all were attentive. Excellent food (stuffed shrimp and steak and lobster), and good drinks. Exactly what you want in a Wisconsin supper club, and this one also had a great view.
