Having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I can say with confidence that true hospitality cannot be taught—it is something innate, and Tony absolutely embodies it. Our conversation flowed so naturally that it felt like I was catching up with an old friend. He made me feel sincerely welcome, which is increasingly rare and deeply appreciated.
