Wilson's by High Watch is a bakery in Kent. We bake our breads in-house and craft our menu offerings with fresh ingredients sourced from local purveyors. We prepare breakfast sandwiches with options like lox, avocado toast, and blueberry muffins. Our cafe also offers items such as Greek salads with Kalamata olives, cucumber, and feta cheese, alongside coffee and other drinks. Working at our bakery provides valuable work experience for alumni of High Watch Recovery Center.
