Our experience with Mr. Holland's has been entirely positive. Scheduling and communication with Tasha was very helpful, and the plumber assigned to our job, Erik K., was absolutely lovely! In addition to being incredibly pleasant to deal with, he was able to accurately diagnose our problems, install a new water shuttle off valve, and was also able to preserve our existing fixture (per our preference) with a toilet rebuild. Furthermore, Erik was very patient with our multitude of questions and gave clear explanations of what was needed. Service was prompt, the job itself much faster than I had imagined, and the work area left clean and tidy. Best of all, we are confident that we'll be happily flushing well into the future!
