This was the first time that I went to this Hartford wi location drive thru. I ordered later on in the day. My hot chocolate was delicious. However the girl who took my order was not friendly.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Starbucks thanks to Owen!! Seriously, this guy deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably his own store at this point. From the second I walked in, his energy was unmatched—super friendly, insanely fast, and somehow still made my drink PERFECT. Owen didn’t just make coffee, he crafted a masterpiece. I don’t know how he does it, but it tasted like it was made with pure talent and a little bit of magic. He even remembered my order like we’ve been friends for years—legend behavior. If you’re lucky enough to get served by Owen, just know your day is about to get 10x better. Starbucks needs more people like him. 5 stars isn’t enough—this is easily a 10/10 experience!!

Owen, this astute young blonde handsome man is a gem. I couldn’t imagine this Starbucks without him. All the other workers sit around and do nothing while Owen is the knight in shining armor. He preserves when times are tuff and gets the job done. Shout out to Owen wendorf, I love you

I walked in and ordered 1 drink on Thanksgiving instead of going through the massive drive thru line. I was waiting for 20-30 minutes after ordering and was very unhappy. They were prioritizing mobile orders that sat on the counter for a long time before being picked up rather than the customer in front of them. I understand it's a busy time of the year but that long of a wait time is unacceptable.
