I had a very long day and I wanted something to pick myself up. So I just decided To try scooters for the first time (Most likely the last). When I pulled up to the ordering station, the person helping was mumbling, and it was very hard to understand in here and I had to save my order multiple times which also might be just the sound system, which is not her fault. I went up to the window to receive my drink. It came out into the wrong size and I said “ I ordered a medium is this a medium?” The girl with the black nose ring Mumbled “yes, is a medium” Even though it was clearly a small drink, I had to ask her if this was a medium again before she took it back to make me a new one when I received my new drink that looked different than the small previous drink It looked obviously lighter and color and did not have the right proportions of syrups. I cannot be 100% but I believe that they just poured extra seltzer water and didn’t adjust the correct syrup pumps. I was very disappointed in the service and also the drink in itself and I will probably not be coming back.
