They forgot the fries to the happy meal gave us two cheeseburgers instead of chicken nuggets and we had to correct them and then when we got home, we looked in the happy meal and there was no fries The same thing happened twice

Items are constantly missing from my orders. They need to have someone verify every order that goes out for delivery. They need to make sure the ENTIRE order is there. This should NOT happen every single time my family orders.

I ordered ahead, but still sat at the window for 7 minutes. Nobody said anything. Once I finally actually got my food, everything was cold, nothing was even remotely warm.

I've eaten many times here! Best week day crew ever! Food is fast and hot. Drinks and fries are always full to the brim. Super friendly work crew. Weekend crew has more students, so that's the only time I'll have issues with quality and service.

They get 1 star today. Food is always the same, never got our order wrong. But today the location was filthier than usual. We sat in the kids play area. Usually I go ask for a wash cloth to clean the tables. Today they brought our food out and with the amount of garbage on the tables and floor one would think they would come back and clean it up. But no. An employee saw it so they can't say they didn't know. There are always lots of employees putting orders together at this location. One could be spared to walk around and clean up every 20 minutes.
