Couldn’t place a simple order for by phone because your AI bot couldn’t handle the request, nor could it connect me with a human in the store, so I gave up. Ordered from the Mineshaft instead because when I called, a real person answered.
Update: gave them a second shot a week later. No prices on the menu, not even on the digital menu, stood in line 15 min to order for them to tell us it’s over an hour wait for a simple order of cheesy garlic bread. 🙄
Everyone physically standing in the building got waited on after every phone call that came through.
Show moreI haven’t had Domino’s in about a year but they were spot on. The breadstick nuggets were awesome and the pizza was pretty darn good too.
I paid for my order and even gave them a tip, dude said okay it will be done in a few minutes. 15-20 mins go by and nobody says anything to me while I’m just sitting there and apparently it was ready the entire time. And on top of that, my pizza was overcooked lol. Probably not going to come back after this experience especially with how expensive the food already is.
Show moreI had order pizza for carry out as its very cold and was trying to be considerate to the delivery Driver. Well I went to pick my order up the lady had said she would be right with me and just continue to work. You could tell the other workers were concerned as they kept looking back at her. But had not said anything. I finally left. That was the most terrible customer service I have ever received as someone that works in customer service myself. Customer is always first priority.
Show moreService was very efficient, 4 pizzas and extras in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly to each other, making for a comfortable wait. Keep thinking simple; just use the in store coupons. Nothing has a set price because every order is custom.
