Good food and good service. I would give more than 5 stars to the young man that runs food out. I believe his name is Colin. He is always so happy and excited. You can definitely see that he is really enjoying his job.

I came here tonight for the first time and got my food in the drive through at exactly 7:40. This young boy had been running food out, and let me just say, he was running, hyping himself up, getting excited to hand out another order! A lot of people would say it’s weird but I enjoyed watching him run back and forth getting so hyped and enjoying his job as much as he did! Keep it up, it’s awesome to see and made the atmosphere more welcoming!

Got home from the store to find out that I was missing part of my order as well as immediately noticed that my straw was messed up along with my soda cup lid, so it spilled all over in my car, but when I got home and realized part of my order was missing. I called and asked to get a refund and they told me I would have to come all the way back to the store which I live 15 minutes away from and the best they could do is mail me a Coupon. The service is absolutely horrendous, and the manager sounded like she was high.

I’m crazy about frozen custard. I can’t believe it hasn’t taken off in Canada yet? We always stop at a Culvers when we’re in the states so I can get my fix. The restaurant is very clean and family friendly. They have a daily frozen custard special that’s super good value! There’s loads of parking around the building. They have smash burgers and they are deadly! I got a double cheeseburger and my mother in law got a triple! Hahaha I highly recommend them. They bring the food right to your table if you dine in. The atmosphere is kid and family friendly.
