The pastries are good however this lady Gloria that works the front is sketchy. Every time I go I order somewhat the same thing and this is the only worker that charges me differently every time I go different as in more expensive very expensive I’m not sure what scam she has going on but it’s wrong and the owner Carlos should look into her because it’s not right to scam people. And she know she’s been made out because I never grabbed the receipt from her so that’s how her scam began. Be aware people and grab your receipt.

I’ve given this place multiple chances because I understand how busy things can get, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. On several occasions, my order has been incorrect despite clearly communicating exactly what I wanted. It’s frustrating to be asked for specifics, only to receive something that doesn’t match what was requested. In addition, the order flow seems very inconsistent. There have been multiple times where customers who ordered after me received large orders before mine was even started. This creates confusion and gives the impression that there is no clear system in place. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability when mistakes happen. Errors are one thing, but not acknowledging or addressing them properly makes the overall experience worse. I hope management can improve communication, accuracy, and organization moving forward, because the inconsistency makes it hard to rely on this place.

ABSOLUTELY NO MARKED PRICES!!!! Big FOOD Menu, many Dessert Options a Brand New Digital Menu Board … BUT NO DISPLAYED PRICES!!!!! Doesn’t make any sense!! Cause then they can’t leisurely change the price to whatever they feel like it whenever they choose to!! So NO GOOD!! Display prices like every store that you go into has them displayed don’t have the customers playing the guessing game asking for every item pricing and there’s many people that don’t even speak Spanish and is Spanish workers so how are they supposed to know and ask for the prices if nothing is displayed let’s make it make sense!!!! I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 Tripleta, 1 Padrino and bacon egg, and cheese.The Tripleta lacked meat along with flavor and was dry according to my friends whom I order for. The Padrino wasn’t good also either. I was told it had all different meats which wasn’t in the sandwich. It was ham with what seems like barbecue sauce. I will not order from here again. As you can see the quality of the food wasn’t great. I spent almost $36 dollars for this crap. I wouldn’t be stopping here again. First and last time for me.

The food is great ! However if you are a working person on a schedule you would have to TRY and call to pre-order for pick up or go way ahead of time at the door when they open . They talk a lot to each other while time passes and the line is to outside , can't take instructions correctly . I ask for bacon got none! I asked for a quesito desert and they game me two slices of cheese.
