Yum!!!! This is my go to spot for a sweet treat. I enjoyed the triple chocolate deluxe cookie. It was so delicious! It was soft and so warm it melted in your mouth. Service was fast and prices are reasonable.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Insomnia Cookies order through Uber. My order was never delivered, even though I waited well beyond the expected delivery time. Uber's called insomnia, cookies twice, but no one spoke when call was picked up. After that, my order was never delivered. To make matters worse, the only resolution Uber offered was a refund. While I appreciate getting my money back, that does not make up for the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor customer experience. I placed the order expecting to receive the cookies, not simply to be refunded after the delivery failed. This situation reflects poorly on both the delivery process and the communication surrounding the order. Customers should not have to deal with unanswered calls, missing deliveries, and a lack of meaningful support when something goes wrong. I hope Insomnia Cookies and Uber review this incident and improve their delivery and customer service procedures so other customers do not have the same experience.

I ordered cookies on May 19th I received a text message from the delivery driver that said I'm lost I responded right away and said okay where are you at I went outside to look for the delivery driver nobody was in my driveway. I then receive a text message that says that the order has been delivered. I received no response back of where the cookies were left, they were not left at my apartment or any apartment in the building as I checked. I have sent several emails and received no response back. it's very sad they have very good cookies but unfortunately I never received my order.

I ordered 3 items from this location. One came right and the other was missing the cookie in the ice cream that I paid for. The last items never came at all. I would have dealt with it but when I called the location they picked up the phone and then put the phone on the counter with out even saying hello 2x. I was tempted to drive to the location but uber gave me my refund. Mind you it took an hour to get the wrong order and I live 5 min away. As a business owner I would fire everyone that worked this night. As the owner of the location I would fire who ever hired them. As the franchisor I would penalize the franchisee for such bad employees over all. Totally embarrassing to the franchise. I have never given a review on any site in my 44 years on this earth but this was beyond disrespectful and bad service.

Open late night!!! Great munchies warm cookies with ice cream in between!!! Great customer service!!! Great hospitality!!! Can't wait for west hartford location to open this year!!!
