Wonderful people working at this Wisc. Vision location! I had Dr. John Meek. Very Nice, professional, and what I Appreciated the most was that he took time to explain things. When does that happen anymore? Well, at Wisconsin Vision with Dr. Meek, that's where! I also had a Fantastic person named Aideliz help me order my contacts and pick out a new pair of glasses! She is So Very Friendly and engaging with her customers and you can tell she Really Cares about helping you. Great "eye"☺️ for helping you pick out glasses that you might not pick out, and you wind up liking! Nothing but Praise for the experience I had!

Aideliz was an amazing help!!! After getting very quickly familiar with the style we were looking for, her recommendations for eyewear were spot on. She also was a tremendous help in untangling an issue we had with a prescription. We n fact, everyone in the store pitched in with her in the lead. Everyone functioned as a caring, kind team. Thanks!!!

I stopped in to the Greenfield WI store, which is not my usual location, to see if they would adjust my recently purchased glasses. I was greeted promptly and friendly. Gabriella asked me questions about the fitting of the frames and what issues I was having. She proceeded to do an assessment on my frame fitting. She made an adjustment and the frames were much better, but I wanted them a little tighter. She happily made the adjustment for me. She was so friendly and professional! I was very glad I stopped by this office and had the pleasure of working with Gabriella!

I stopped in at Wisconsin Vision's 76th St location here in Greenfield, WI. I was attended to by Kelly G. It was phenomenal service. She was very patient and respectful. Even as I hadn't prepared my insurance information ahead of time, she was able to locate my policy and kindly and thoroughly discuss scheduling and estimated financing. Additionally, she aided me in selecting apprpriate frames according to my preferences. All of this was handled quickly and efficiently. I dropped-in, no appointment, and was assisted beyond my expectations in less than 30 minutes. There were a handful of other customers, too, being cared for, so it was really great service. Thanks !

This location runs very smoothly. Dr Belanger really took her time with me and was very helpful with contact lens options. Jeanna was also a big help with managing contact lenses and called me several times with information and updates with my glasses. I also thought Liz was very helpful in picking out frames. Highly recommend this location, the staff are all very nice!!
