Very easy to schedule, extremely customer focused, and upfront, honest prices. It's rare that you feel truly taken care of at an auto repair shop, but my experience at Welks Automotive was different. Could not recommend enough for all of your vehicles needs!
Welks Automotive has been my go to place to have any work done on all my cars for the last 4 years or so. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and helping , they use only quality parts , and provide highly quality service. If you need work done on your vehicle , i definetly recommend Welks Automotive.
I was having problems with my tire light continuing to go on and the great Mechanics diagnosed it being a broken sensor. Their suggestion was to have them replace all 4 sensors. The replacement was reasonably priced. They completed the job within 2 hrs and I no longer have any tire lights turning on. I am very pleased with the service I received from Welks.
My daughter brought her vehicle in for a standard oil change. Her appt was at 9am. Due to them not having the part, the work was delayed, they took the vehicle back at 1030. We had called prior to this for an update only to have the new lady at the front desk lie and say it was still on the lift. The car was still parked in their lot where my daughter left it. I can understand not having the part, but a courtesy call would have been nice. Instead the lady was rude, off putting and short calling me “hun” over and over. If this is going to be the first line of customer service, I’m not sure we will be coming back. This is unfortunate due to the fact that we currently have 4 vehicles that are serviced here. Wishing the prior front desk lady was still here. She was respectful, truthful, and had a great knack for building rapport with customers. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed in the level of customer service we received today. In a world where car shops are seen as dishonest, this is not a good first impression they are putting forth with having this woman answering phones and interacting with customers. Flat out unprofessional and rude. Update 4/30/26: Immediate response to our dissatisfaction with the previous appointment mentioned! The owner himself made it his personal mission to ensure that we were taken care of and that we felt heard and the issues were corrected. He followed up multiple times to make sure the work done at the shop was satisfactory and even got us in right away for another issue with my daughter’s car. We didn’t have any issues with the front desk going forward and only experienced kind, courteous, and prompt communication. We have since gone back with another one of our vehicles and also experienced trustworthy work, where we requested a possible need and they looked at the vehicle and said it wasn’t needed and explained why when they could have just charged us for unnecessary maintenance. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced here due to how well our situation was handled. The owner really impressed us with his ability to make sure we were taken care of and that we were happy with the work done at his shop.
Went for an oil change , tire rotation and get a nail out of my tire . They pulled the nail and told me it didn’t puncture at all. Rotated my tires and admitted they didn’t need to be balanced. Love that I can trust this company and not fix anything that didn’t need to be done . Service was quick and at a reasonable price. Thanks again welks. I will definitely be back for my Acura needs …
