I saw the special on the spray tan and I thought why not. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The team member walked me through the whole process! It was super easy and quick. I will definitely be back!

Went in tanning for the time today and both the ladies at the front desk were really pleasant. My daughter was just tagging a long with me and as a sweet early bday gift to her she was given a free massage on their hydro massage chair. Then, Alyssa was so kind to quickly give me a tour of the place seeing that it was my first time tanning. My experience overall was genuinely great and I look forward coming back. Thank you so much ladies! 😊

I waited 45 minutes and was treated rudely. There was only 1 person working and no one at the front reception. I was told I had to check in through the app. I did not have my phone and had to wait longer because I did not use the app. Apparently you must check in through the app or you will be upset and embarrassed like I was in a room of 12 people waiting for beds. The manager I complained to was literally ready to argue with me instead of trying to accommodate me as a customer of several years. The bed I was put in was a dinosaur, the fans did not work, facial tanner was too hot and unable to be adjusted. The bed made lots of cracking noises and I did not feel SAFE. This was my worst indoor tanning experience EVER!! I did call corporate and they were very understanding a did compensate me. However I will NEVER go back to Sun Tan City in Greenfield on Layton ave .

I stopped in and had a great experience thanks to Tori. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She explained everything so well that I even left with an extra product I didn’t plan on buying 😂. It’s always nice dealing with someone who’s happy, patient, and truly enjoys helping customers. I’ll definitely be back!
