⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Family Experience at Sky Zone Greenfield! Our visit to Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Greenfield, Wisconsin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and organized, making the entire check-in process quick and stress-free. The facility was impressively clean, well maintained, and had a great energy throughout. Safety was clearly a priority, with attentive team members monitoring the attractions while still allowing everyone to have an incredible time. It gave us peace of mind knowing the staff was actively engaged and focused on creating a fun, safe environment. There is something for everyone here. Whether you’re jumping on the trampolines, testing your skills on the ninja course, playing dodgeball, shooting hoops, or exploring the other attractions, it’s easy to spend hours having fun. Kids, teenagers, and even adults will find plenty to enjoy, making it a great destination for family outings, birthday parties, group events, or simply an active day together. What really stood out was the customer service. Every employee we interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests have the best possible experience. It’s refreshing to visit a business where the staff truly cares about creating a positive atmosphere. Our first time hosting a birthday party here and absolutely loved it! (Thank you Darnell for assisting me over the phone and making it easy!) Our dedicated host, Callea was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The party room was exactly what we needed it to be- clean, spacious, and plenty of party decor to make it feel fun for the kids. The pizza included was tasty- hopefully one day non-pork meat will be offered but the cheese was good. There was a little miscommunication on the timing but Cliff and Bernard worked with us and made it even more special for our group by including the glow jump…wow! Talk about great customer service! My daughter said it was her best party yet! Highly recommend during the summer as it wasn’t too busy and the team here was great!

Absolutely disappointed because this isn’t the first time something like this has happened when i take my siblings here. 1. They’re always saying that they don’t have any hot food and that they’re backed up. I literally only was able to get nachos. 2. The manager just sitting in his office while his employees are running around flirting with customers. 3. I told an employee that there is a spill and he just walked right past me and ignored me. The staff overall is everywhere but doing their job. 4. The tables stayed dirty had to clean it off myself. I understand there’s busy days but this is the second time this happened coming here. Skyzone please do better.

Azariah and Dan were exceptional with their customer service. We were just regular customers, and we were treated with the utmost respect and consideration. They took their time, made my children feel welcome, and showed a general interest in human connection. This location is by far the cleanest and most taken care of that we have ever been! 5 cheers for Skyzone Greenfield!

We did a membership last year for something to do in winter and it was a bit grubby then. When I signed up this year and we went in, I immedietly regretted it. There are rips and tears everywhere. My son almost fell through a hole in the large blue balloon thing and when I complained to one of the teenage employees he did nothing. We came back the following week and nothing had been done about the hole. This place isnt making enough money to keep up with repairs and Im not surprised. Dont waste your money here, its very unclean and unsafe.
