Out-of-state investor review: Seth and I have been working together to get my first property in Milwaukee and we finally closed on it today. If you're reading this, you're probably vetting agents now. I was in your shoes a few months ago and interviewed 5-6 agents. As an out-of-state investor, you need a solid team working with you. Seth has become the cornerstone of mine - from walking properties and documenting everything on video, to underwriting, making offers, and negotiating. Overall, Seth has been great to work with. As an investor himself, he understands what other investors are looking for and what matters when evaluating a deal.
