I want to give a 5 star rating to my AmFam agency in Greenfield WI, Saleeb Yang Agency. In past 2 days I worked with Katie and Saleen to do complete review of my residential insurance package. I had several questions and concerns regarding the national insurance premiums as seen from AmFam. Rather than agent being defensive Katie worked thru every detail with me. I renewed my package and pleased to continue my long history with AmFam and this agency.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!!! Saleen cares about her clients and is actively engaged in saving her customers money on insurance! She also has an excellent customer service person - Katie Fons - who is always on top of issues or concerns and takes care of us like family. I highly recommend the Saleen Yang Agency to anyone out there looking to save money AND enjoy top tier customer service!

We have been with AmFamily for quite some time. The Saleen Yang Agency has been everything we have asked for in our insurance needs. Saleen and Katie have been great! Always looking out for us and helping us get the most out of our policies. With a growing family and changing needs, it is always nice to know AmFam has our backs!

I have had American Family since I began driving. I have always had a pleasant experience and superb customer service from the Saleen Young agency. Katie Fons in Saleen's office has been amazing with helping me over the years. Always willing to provide any information I requested and she is very personable and kind. Unfortunately, I give 4 stars due to the Know Your Drive Program. I have downloaded the app 2 different times over the past year and the app does not track my trips resulting in a higher premium from not getting any discounts. I contacted their customer support and did everything I was advised to do with still no tracking of trips. With that being said, I did get other quotes and found somewhere cheaper for the same coverage. Saleen Young and Katie have been great to work with though. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the KYD app issues. Thank you.
