We are so thankful that we had Robby as our realtor! He is so knowledgeable about the home buying process and was able to explain each step to us in great detail. Robby made the process so smooth for us even when we encountered some road bumps during negotiations with the sellers. His advice and clarity during the situation helped get us going in the right direction. If we were working with another realtor I honestly don’t think we would have closed on our house! One of the top things I appreciated about Robby was how responsive he was to any questions we had and how he explained things with patience and in a way we could understand being a first time home buyer. Robby also had numerous connections and experience working with various businesses in the area when we needed quotes for work to be completed before closing. Robby was a blessing to work with and I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

As a first-time home buyer, the thought of buying a house was at first overwhelming. Robby came in to save the day! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He made my experience seamless and much less intimidating. He is very knowledgable and did a great job helping me explore the market as I learned the ins and outs. He is an excellent communicator and would check in with me as we searched, is invariably patient, and very flexible when it came to scheduling. While his expertise is evident, his honesty and personal experience really shone through the process, fostering a sense of trust. If you’re a first time buyer, or buying for the 10th time, I highly recommend giving Robby a call!

Robby is great! He helped me buy and sell the same house a few years later. He is a great agent for buying and selling. Very thorough. Very honest. Explains everything really well. Gets to know you and lets you feel in control but gives great advice along the way. Always provides all the options and will offer his professional opinion but leave the decision to you. I highly recommend working with him. Working with Robby made buying and selling easy and not stressful.

Robby helped with the sale of our house and buying our next house. He is very intelligent and informative about real estate transactions. He is very pleasant to work with.
