Went here with my grandma and mom to celebrate my 38th birthday. We had Josh as our server who was very personable from the second he greeted us at the table to when we left. It's difficult to choose which was more enjoyable between the food and the service. I ordered crab legs your way with old bay seasoning and brussel sprouts. I wish I could have that experience everytime and it's unfortunate that I didn't come across him sooner. Hope to get a chance to go there again.

Sophie our greater was nice. We were alittle early for our reservation but she seated us right away. Our server Anaya was WONDERFUL!!! Very attentive and helpful recommending different items off the menu. Over all it was ok not the old red lobster. Food tasted like grocery store frozen shrimp and flounder. My said the boil was good but lacked flavor.

We decided to have a random dinner date at Red Lobster and ended up having one of the best dining experiences thanks to our server, Eryn. From the moment we sat down, her customer service stood out. She was attentive, personable, and made sure we felt welcomed the entire evening. My boyfriend and I ordered the Endless Shrimp while my cousin went with the Ultimate Feast. We also decided to enjoy a few cocktails since we are all well over the legal drinking age. My boyfriend ordered the Lobster Punch, I tried the new Nauti Peach Punch, and my cousin had the Sunset Passion Piña Colada. Whoever was behind the bar definitely knew what they were doing because every drink was mixed perfectly — so perfectly that my cousin ordered another round. For my Endless Shrimp choices, I selected two orders of Garlic Shrimp and one order of the classic Walt’s Shrimp with a baked potato. My boyfriend chose the Garlic Shrimp Scampi and Creamy Shrimp Alfredo with a side of rice. Everything was flavorful and came out fresh and hot. What truly made the night memorable was Eryn’s attention to detail. When we were unsure about what to order, she asked thoughtful questions about what we were in the mood for, whether we had allergies, and if there were any foods we wanted to avoid. Her recommendations were spot on and showed genuine care for giving us the best experience possible. After receiving the bill, we made sure to tell her how much we appreciated her positive energy and superior service. To our surprise, we learned that she was still in her first week on the job. We were so impressed that we made it a point to speak with a manager about the outstanding service we received. Excellent food, excellent drinks, and even better customer service. We will definitely be back and will absolutely be asking for Eryn again on our next visit!

Service was very slow. The server never gave us eating utensils. So when we received our seafood stuffed mushrooms we ate half of them with our hands. Our food finally can after a long wait. The mash potatoes were cold. Something was missing in the biscuits. Food quality definitely has gone down. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands water was ice cold. Server didn’t know how to use a gift card bought it back to me telling me it needed to be activated. When all he had to do was use it as credit. That process took about 30 minutes WILL NOT be returning

The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch—attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the lobster bisque and the salmon—both were divine. My favorite was the calamari!
