I've had a membership here for a few months now. My wife and I try to visit every week, even though once a month would pay for itself. Staff is always very friendly, and helpful with any questions. The member coupons are a great bonus... discounts on ammo, firearms, and even some freebies from time to time. The range itself is clean and well supervised by the range safety officers. My only minor complaint is that it's only a 15 yard distance. Fine for handguns, but a little short for long guns.

Range USA staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and organized with lots of options from ammo, firearms and accessories. I personally have shot at the range, purchased ammo and accessories from this location. I have not bought a firearm yet as I am not shopping for a new firearm at this time. The range is nice and modern. Each lane has a visible countdown clock on the tv screen in the range area. The range officer walks around to make sure everyone is safe. They offer a great selection of targets to shoot. The only drawback on the range is they have a single toggle switch to send out and retrieve the target. The floor is marked with approximate length. I will be back for future visits.

After a horrendous experience at a Waukesha small business, I scooted my boot over to the place I knew would take great care of me, and great care of me Heidi took! She sold me a Hellion that I am most proud of, and Ryan, who is another sensational sales person sold me my Bodyguard 2.0, which has become my favorite carry piece. Though we will be moving soon, we took the jump to get the membership for the next three months because this place is just the kind of space we feel welcome and encouraged to practice safe, mindful, and informed sport. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Jennifer was an amazing instructor—patient, encouraging, and incredibly supportive throughout the lesson. Large selection of rentals or bring your own. On site guy just watch for safety and for assistance. For example, he oiled some guns for us also. Very nice place.
