As a new patient, I called the office before my procedure to ask a few questions. I was so scared and nervous that I was nearly in tears. Every single person I spoke with was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Dr. Morales and Johnathon were absolutely angels during my procedure. They were both so caring and reassuring, and I truly feel blessed to have found such wonderful periodontal folks. They are absolutely THE BEST! With a team as compassionate as all of you are, there is no need for anyone to feel nervous about having a procedure done in your office. I hope you are all very proud of the way you care for others. Great job!

Despite the name, there is nothing 'premier' about this practice. The front desk staff is lazy, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The clinical staff is even worse; they treated my mother poorly and made last-minute, illogical requests on the day of her appointment. After a long wait, they charged her just to reiterate information her dentist had already provided. Avoid this place—they seem more interested in your money than in patient care.

Great experience for a new patient. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Doc and tech also had fantastic teamwork during the exam. The support specialist also did a great job of breaking down my appt schedule and insurance. I'm happy to have chosen this place for my teeth care.

I had a procedure done 2yrs ago that should have been covered by my insurance but front office never ran it through. I confirmed with my insurance but never got reimbursed when I confronted Premier. My fault tho I should have realized something wrong at my appointment, should have left before I had used two CCs to pay for my procedure. Oh well live and learn, I ain’t crying. It was worth it so happy with the work done. Just fishy with the front office.

I have so many good things to say about Dr. Ganzman and Premier Periodontics. From my first consult appointment through two follow-up appointments, the entire staff was great. Dr. Ganzman, was very kind, and compassionate, through my gum grafting procedure, always asking if I was doing okay, or if I was having any pain, also talking with me after office hours a few days later about my concerns. I want to thank the entire staff for everything they did from making my initial appointment through my last follow-up. Pam G.
