Don't waste your time here. They never accept used gear or even take the time to look. Owner seems lazy and unmotivated. The one in Kenosha is worth checking out for selling gear as well as purchasing. Ive never had a good experience at this Greenfield location. They get easily overwhelmed when more then 4 customers are in the building .
They were ready to help! Willing to discuss options and gave us a few. We had soccer cleats that we didn't use and they happily took them. The owner was kind. Even when there some rude kids in his store talking and acting like they had no sense. I'll be back with others things we can't use anymore.
Such a great experience! I found the perfect pair of soccer cleats for my son, and the staff was incredibly kind and appreciative. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in—definitely coming back again!
I bought some used cross-country skis, poles, and boots at Play It Again Sports in Greenfield. I felt comfortable shopping there, and Andy, the owner, was very helpful. He showed me where to find the European-to-U.S. shoe sizing chart and explained how the store organizes shoes by size. When the label on one of the skis peeled away, I returned both skis, and Andy handled the exchange without any issues. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality used sporting goods.
Stopped in here for the first time to pick up a disc or two. The people running the store were very knowledgeable. Great selection of new and used sports equipment at competitive prices. I had a great experience here and will definitely be back. During check out the guy working the register gave my youngest son a free putting disc, which he really appreciated. Excellent people with great customer service.
