This location of Plato’s Closet consistently exceeds my expectations on every level including superior customer service. Today’s review will spotlight Bella. Bella is so welcoming, helpful and kind each and every time I come into the store. She is excellent at her job, while maintaining a can-do attitude of “I am here to help you”. Thank you Bella for being a big part of why I enjoy coming to Plato’s Closet so much. Kailey made the whole experience of selling my clothes there fun. Kailey and the staff have an excellent eye on what is current and trendy and likely to sell. I love their inventory! It’s a “feel good” spot and I was able to snag some beautiful pieces for my summer wardrobe.

Very nice clothing selection compared to other Plato’s Closet locations! I was in today for the start of their summer clearance sale weeks — The workers were all very polite! My only complaint was that some of the clothes on the racks had a strong smoke odor.

Great finds. Noticed that it is really well organized by size and colors. Trendy clothes for my teens at affordable prices. I've even scored shoes and clothing for myself on occasion. It's a tight space and it's full so you have to be patient. Your wallet will appreciate the savings. The staff are hit or miss between helpful and lacking tact. I even had one teen reprimand my counting. 🤣 I try not to care and focus on bargain hunting but a better training program for customer service could be beneficial for their job experience.

Always great stuff and great deals! Staff is always phenomenal. Bella checked me out today and was just the sweetest. I didn’t get the lovely gentleman’s name who was working with her (training?), but he’s helped me before, too- absolutely top notch! Call ability to maintain a sweet and friendly disposition, and what is surely one of their busiest days of the year is truly commendable to say the least. Thanks for being awesome!

Absolutely loved my experience here. Emily, Alex, and Ash made everything so easy and enjoyable. Super chill, super friendly, and just an all-around great vibe. This is how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be back.
