Love going here for grooming. Obi looks stunning, just a bath and brush this time but his feet got trimmed nice and his sani area is all clean too. Look how cute he looks. Obi says thank you Sara!!

I made an appt to have my dog groomed for 8:00am . The night before they contaced me to say they would need to reschedule because they needed a professional there with the groomer as she was new. I changed my appt time to accomodate them to 10:30. I arrived 5 minutes past their grace time and they would not take the dog. They canceled my appt. After I rearranged my schedule to accomodate them they could not accomodate me being 5 minutes late. What shitty customer service. They also said they called me but they called the wrong number. Several times of me telling them to call the cell they called a different number. This is not the first time i have had problems with them. Once when i took my dog in the groomer cut her. They took her to the vet but again i had to rearrange my schedule to accomodate sitting in the vets office for 3.5 hours. As this was an emergency vet they took her too and she was not a top priority there. You think customer service would be important to them but apparently its not. They dont think me changing my schedule to accomote them counts for a little grace on my behalf. Horrible customer service. Think twice before scheduling a grooming appt here.

My dog developed a skin infection after grooming. We had a few good grooming experiences prior. At our most recent appointment they had a lot of walk ins coming in during my scheduled appointment. They seemed overbooked for the staff that was there. My vet said a dirty comb or brush is likely what led to the infection. Sorry, wouldn't take my dog back there.

I took in a rescue dog last night. She was extremely rough I believe it was Sara who groomed her she looks so amazing! I didn't think she would look this good.
