We love this location and it is our #1 go to for food for our cat and 2 dogs. They have a huge selection of high quality offerings for all types of pets. My dog Indie loves to come along with me to get treats from the cashiers!
Wonderful although I was really hoping they would carry my perscription cat food I dont like having to rely only online to get it and I understand its not a big seller and is extremely expensive so 4 stars
Ms Sharlene (sp?) is exceptional in customer service. She is friendly, quick to print out any coupons I may need & along with Ms. Robin, is knowledgeable in selecting certain cat food products for my finicky feline. I highly recommend patronizing this store. A+
Very friendly staff. Clean store. Lots of products to look through. Always something new to find. Really not their fault but the tag maker was acting up. Instead of putting an up and they knew it. So it was their fault for not putting up an out of order sign. It ate the tag I bought instead of engraving it. Only way to get my money back was to "return" everything on sale slip and re-ring it. I had a coupon that I used, one that only can be used if you spend over a certain amount. Well my original sale was more than double that amount. Even so they divided it up between all the items. No way was I not getting the full priced amount back because my total amount was still well over the minimum to use coupon.
This is always one of the best places for good pet food, treats, necessities and the basics. The staff is always nice and they carry stuff out to the car for you. We always get the same cans of food for the cats and they love it. Almost bought a bucks jersey for them even!
