Dr Graves is wonderful. He definitely is very knowledgeable and talented. I can definitely say he saved my vision. I wish all the specialists I go to were as kind and personable. The office staff and the staff who do the visual testing, etc are also patience and take the time to explain the testing process. Bravo! Dr Graves

I almost decided to say nothing but my meeting with Dr. Schwartz was fine, but left me feeling frustrated and unable to follow simple instructions. Her instructions included lifting of weights nothing over 10 pounds while my written discharge instructions read in part “yes you can lift anything, Bend, bowl, golf, jog, house, clean, mow the lawn…“ I chose to use the written instructions and I’m getting along fine. I know everyone involved in this work has done it for thousands of times, but this was my first and second time and I would appreciate knowing that the information about instructions for procedures are shared with all staff.
I had an awesome experience with Breeana and her team with my eye exam! However, I was highly disappointed when I went across the room to pick out glasses after an eye exam and they told me that my insurance is not accepted for glasses. I wish I would've known that before. I would've never gone to that office if I knew that!. I don't appreciate having to run around to get everything done. One stop shopping is what's important these days, convenience! This was not convenient at all.
I had a great experience with Dr. McCanna during my recent eye procedure. He treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and answered my questions clearly. The procedure location was excellent—clean, organized, and very welcoming. I also really appreciated that he was on time, which shows respect for his patients. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. McCanna to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor. I’m very grateful for the quality of care I received.
