Tax time is stressful for many people, myself included. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of interacting with Kris from Nolan Accounting Services, his rude and angry demeanor left me more stressed and anxious. Would not recommend
Made an appointment for taxes for a small business. Low complexity and I had all of the info and documents fully prepared. I left 90 seconds after arriving due to the gruffness of the accountant and the rate he gave me which I felt was very high for what is a very basic tax return. Update: I went somewhere else and they did the work for less than half of what Nolan tried to charge me.
I was looking at a real headache. Tim & Chris sat down with my brother and me to strategize what documents would be needed to file my parents' final return, a trust return, our joint returns which might have been affected by sudden recent deaths in a short span. It was all too much. Nolan Accounting remained in constant contact, answered questions, took their time to do a great job. Chris asked the right questions & brought in other financial experts so as to leave no stone unturned & do the job right the first time. This is THE BEST MONEY I have ever spent . Thank you Nolan Accounting. We will return each year. Reasonable pricing as compared to the stress it took away leaving all the unknowns for experts to handle.
Tim Nolan personally handled my business and tax needs. Even during the busiest times of the year he worked hard to get my accounting needs done in a timely manner. He also, went above and beyond aiding with document preparation even to the point of when I closed my business. If you want quality work his services are worth the time!
Had them do my taxes because I had purchased a house in 2015 and was hesitant to do it myself for fear of missing something. Was disappointed that they were only able to find me $2200 in a return even though I paid $37k in taxes. Felt like they didn't care to do more with me to find areas I could deduct. Then to top it off, they charge me $325 for their services. They only charged my parents $75 for a joint file. I feel like they saw my income and felt like I could afford to be charged more. NEVER GOING BACK TO NOLAN ACCOUNTING
