The guys here were all wonderful! They set me up in a room to audition instruments. They were very helpful and got me a great price on a bass. I did a trade-in as well and that process was super smooth. I highly recommend!
I decided I wanted to learn guitar and had no clue where to start. After visiting a couple different stores in the area (and not being really impressed with their selections of guitars) I stopped here at Music Go Round. They have such a great selection of everything music. Gabe did a great job of explaining everything about the build, make and shape of a guitar that a beginner should be looking for. Made me feel comfortable diving into a new hobby. Will definitely be coming here for my future needs.
I had actually stopped looking at “Music Go Round” stores when seriously shopping for gear, due to crappy store layout and negative experiences in the 90’s. I’m not sure if the whole franchise has changed, because this store was well laid out, stocked, mostly priced well and the staff had the right balance of helping when needed and letting be when not needed. I was on a short weekend trip from Chicagoland area and referred this Greenfield store to many musicians back home. Thanks.
Great experience at Music Go Round in Greenfield, WI. The staff was cool, upfront, and helpful while I sold a pedalboard and a few combo amps. They tested everything, gave fair offers, and let me play around the store while I waited. Way easier than selling gear online!
