This dental office staff is the best I have ever encountered. What other dental or medical office would let you take their People magazine home so you can finish an article. I return it when I finish. Love these people.

Midwest Dental - Greenfield. Love it ! Nice place Very clean and Welcoming. Everyone treat you as a family. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Starting with Awesome receptionist Kristen Klein : kind, friendly always willing to help about and beyond. Great dental assistance like Rebecca and Carissa which i recentlymeet : explaining every process and steps she is doing .Also very friendly . Dr Ramos ,Awesome and amazing. Always make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thanks for you Great job all this years . 100 % recommend .

Very honest and professional, up front about any expenses. They were patient enough to look up my insurance company benefits and any possible costs, in addition to my husband's. Also, they were very gentle when cleaning my teeth and addressed any concerns I had. Pleasant and positive attitudes are always appreciated because they are rare in today's society. Thank you!

Very hospitable staff. Dr. Ramos is very kind and polite. He’s very skilled in what he does the assistance who work with him are always very conversational. It makes my visit more relaxing and comfortable. I encourage you to go to Midwest dental for your dental work. I’m very pleased with it.

Fantastic care. All the staff super friendly and helpful. My crown was by perfect and done quickly and efficiently. Dr Ramos was super caring and made sure I was happy with my crown. Highly recommend this b Midwest Dental location.
